2. Services Description

Phuket Concierge provides Thai language courses and visa facilitation services. We act as an intermediary between you and the relevant Thai government authorities.

3. Visa Services

While we provide expert guidance and document preparation, the final decision on any visa application rests solely with the Thai Ministry of Education and the Immigration Bureau. We cannot guarantee approval but will provide all necessary support for compliant applications.

4. Educational Requirements

Students on an ED Visa are required to attend classes as mandated by the Ministry of Education. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in the cancellation of your visa status.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Course fees and service charges are generally non-refundable once the document processing has commenced. Specific cancellation policies apply to individual course packages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Phuket.
