ED Visa & Legal Compliance
To apply for an Education (ED) Visa, you need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity, a clean criminal record (some nationalities), and enrollment in an accredited Thai language school. Phuket Concierge handles the documentation, including the MOE (Ministry of Education) approval letter.
Every 90 days, you must report your current address to the Phuket Immigration Office. This can be done in person at Phuket Town or Patong branches, by mail, or through the official online portal. Our concierge service can also handle this for you to ensure zero delays.
Yes, all our partner schools are fully licensed and accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education. This is a mandatory requirement for the ED Visa and ensures you receive a high standard of Thai language instruction.
Thai Language Courses
We offer 6-month and 12-month course packages. For ED Visa holders, a 12-month course is standard, requiring 4-8 hours of classroom time per week to comply with immigration regulations.
